Terms of service

Your account and content

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and use the service only for lawful wedding planning. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the collaborators you invite.

You keep ownership of your content. You give ChronoLove permission to store and process it, and share the relevant information with service providers, only as needed to operate the features you use. Have permission to share guest details, emails and uploaded documents. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.

You stay in charge of vendors

You are responsible for bookings and payments made with vendors, and for checking availability, prices, terms and contracts directly with them. ChronoLove never books, pays or signs anything on your behalf, and does not negotiate or make commitments for you. Recording a vendor as booked in the planner is not a booking with that vendor.

Every first-contact vendor email requires your approval of the specific draft. If enabled, automatic follow-ups and answers to simple factual questions may be sent within the service’s limits. They cannot agree to prices or commitments. You can turn these settings off. Vendor opt-outs are respected across weddings.

AI and public information

AI can make mistakes. Check quotes and contract summaries against the original email, PDF or linked website. Summaries are not legal, financial or professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional for decisions that require one.

Vendor discovery uses public websites, not a verified vendor directory. Information may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We do not endorse a vendor or guarantee prices, availability, service quality or responses. Assistant changes are proposals that require your confirmation.

Plans, credits and checkout

Free includes 1 free-plan wedding, up to 50 guests and a grant of 40 AI credits to your first non-demo wedding, once per account. The Wedding Pass is $29 as a one-time payment, adds 600 credits and allows up to 150 guests on that wedding. The AI Credit Pack is $5 as a one-time payment for 150 credits and does not change the guest limit.

Credit costs are listed on the pricing page. Credits are reserved before an AI task, used on success and returned on failure. They are service units, not money, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rate limits and daily safety caps can pause work even if credits remain.

Purchases use Polar’s hosted checkout. Any applicable taxes and the final amount appear there. When checkout is in sandbox, it is clearly marked as test mode and is not a live purchase. A confirmed refund revokes the unused portion of the credits granted by that purchase; a refunded Wedding Pass returns the wedding to Free. Existing guest records are kept, but adding guests is subject to the Free limit. Contact us about a purchase or refund; these terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use ChronoLove for spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or attempts to bypass access controls, credit limits or security checks. Do not contact vendors who have opted out. We may limit or suspend access to prevent abuse or protect other users, and will explain the reason where it is safe and lawful to do so.

Privacy and deletion

The privacy policy describes data processing and our providers. You can delete a wedding and its data, or delete your account and every wedding you own. Delivered emails cannot be recalled, and recipients and providers may retain their own records. Demo data is temporary. Demo: vendors are fictional and emails are simulated.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep your planner reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every AI task or provider request will succeed. Keep copies of important contracts and confirm arrangements directly with vendors. Features may change; material changes to paid features or these terms will be communicated.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for a vendor’s services, agreements or failures, or losses caused by relying on unchecked AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
